In order to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses, TRM Technical Resource Management Inc. has developed a comprehensive safety program that is designed to enhance employee's health and safety at the workplace. It is our fundamental belief and conviction that all occupational injuries and illnesses are preventable.

Implementation of the safety program is the responsibility of line management. Senior Management will commit the resources and establish goals and objectives to ensure the accountability for occupational health and safety performance.

Each employee is expected to arrive at work in proper mental and physical condition to perform the assigned task and comply with the established safety program and safe work instructions. Proper attitude, competency, focus and action are essential to the prevention of injury or illnesses. Gross negligence or blatant disregard for the established safety and health procedures will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.

People are our most important asset and our primary goal is to return employees to their families, in as healthy and good physical condition as when they reported to work.

The pain and suffering caused by injury or illnesses on the job impacts family and the company in terms of decreased quality of life lost productivity and profits.

To that end, it serves the best interest of all stakeholders, to work together to eliminate all injuries and illnesses at work.
